Our services, such as the Jeunes en action program, are designed for diverse individuals aged 16 to 35 from Rosemont\u2014La Petite-Patrie who are going through a transition and want support in reflecting and taking action to give themselves a fresh start.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
