This service is designed for individuals who have experienced burnout and wish to plan their return to the workforce.

Our specialized counselors support you at every step of your reflection and actions to regain a fulfilling professional life and restore a healthy work–life balance. We offer a compassionate, non‐judgmental space where everyone can advance at their own pace.

Workshops «Vivre avec un meilleur équilibre au travail» by Relief​

We offer group workshops by Relief that teach self‐management techniques to achieve a better work–life balance.

Topics covered:

Define what work means to you and maintain a realistic perspective

Understand different manifestations of anxiety, depression, or bipolar disorder in the workplace

Recognize your personal warning signs in a work-stress context

Identify your functioning cycles

Understand how your perceptions influence you and learn to adjust them

Better manage stress at work with concrete strategies

Discuss issues related to disclosing your difficulties and possible accommodations

Better understand and manage sick leave and the apprehension of returning
